SPEL Limited is a wholly owned investment subsidiary of the William Adams Pty. Ltd. group of companies based in the states of Tasmania and Victoria, Australia. In 1997 SPEL was formed when William Adams Pty Ltd entered a joint venture with Serco Group NZ Limited to provide base repair and warehousing support to the New Zealand Army at Trentham. William Adams Pty Ltd purchased the shareholding of Serco Group Plc in June 2007.
